Through out my life I have always felt that something was missing in regards to how money worked. It was only 1 year ago after reading my first personal development book on financial independence that I figured out that the traditional approach to earning money is much harder than it should be. So rather than filtering those books through my opinion, I would like you to have the same break through experience! I would advise to read all of these 5 books as each of them has different life changing concepts. Here are my top 5 must read picks:

№1 Unscripted by MJ DeMarco

This is my number one as it is perfect for beginners and is a high quality book. It gives a large in-depth overview of all the essential concepts in a fun and enjoyable format. This is definitely an essential read to anyone who wants to get rich within a time period of 10 years and not by the time they are 70 years old.

№2 How to Get Rich by Felix Dennis

Also a beginner friendly book written really well but surprisingly not very well known. Felix Dennis was a multi millionaire himself with a net worth in hundreds of millions. If you are looking for a well written and engaging book from a person that definitely knows what they are talking about, you should definitely read this. The book is a bit too Machiavellian in my opinion which would discourage people who have a bad habit of perceiving money as evil.

№3 Oversubscribed By Daniel Priestley

This is a really good book for how to make your small business more profitable and enjoyable. It has multiple tips on sales and marketing tactics which are essential to understand your consumers and competition well. If you read it early in your personal development journey you would also be less likely to get scammed with different courses. This is a huge problem in this industry and you need yo be on the look out.

№4 UnCommon Sense by Mark Homer

If I had to make a quote for this book it would be “Money doesn’t follow the herd”. If you want to get rich you would need to defy conventional wisdom. Always ask why things are done or perceived the way they are. If everyone is digging for gold sell shovels. You would be surprised to how many times we follow the herd and become less well off in the process. This book is perfect to get an understanding of these concepts.

№5 The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz

On the way to wealth what stands in between us a lot of the time is not others but ourselves. When setting goals many of us dream too small and underachieve. This book will teach you how to dream big and make your goals come true quicker than you ever thought was possible.
